CASE FILES PROFESSIONAL — PHONE / TABLET LAYOUT UPDATE
GIB and Commercial v1.0.0, including all preceding conversation updates.

EXISTING INSTALL
Use the matching edition patch. Extract into the actual application folder
containing cases.php and app/, replacing the included files. Refresh the browser.
No database migration is required. Configuration, credentials, records, uploaded
files and existing permissions are preserved.
Fresh installations use the full matching ZIP and require no separate patch.

SCREEN BEHAVIOR
Phones: simple record tables become labelled cards. Dates, case numbers, status
and names remain readable. Record actions and confirmation popups are retained.
Tables with merged/multiple headers keep a horizontally scrollable table view.
Tablets: navigation uses a compact drawer; wide tables scroll within their panel.
Desktop: existing sidebar and table layouts remain in place.
The drawer logo is smaller, menus scroll, background content is inactive while
the drawer is open, Escape closes it, and keyboard focus is returned safely.
Case tabs scroll horizontally. Forms, dates, uploads, status filters, invoice
summaries, pagination, calendars, diagrams, dialogs, client forms, deliveries,
installer, login and reset pages have responsive screen layouts.
Diagram Zoom In / Zoom Out buttons work without a mouse wheel.
Report and invoice previews fit smaller viewports; wide data tables scroll.
Printable report/PDF/Word generation layouts have not been changed.

VALIDATION
Browser layout fixtures checked at 320, 360, 390, 412, 600, 768, 820, 1024,
1280 and 1440 pixels where applicable, in both editions.
74 edition/page/viewport combinations covered the actual shared PHP shell,
actual login/reset and export templates, and representative specialist layouts.
Checked page overflow, labels, input size, drawer behavior, delete cancellation,
dialog sizing and diagram zoom. Report/invoice and shared-page print comparisons
were pixel-identical. Changed PHP parsed under PHP 8.3; JavaScript syntax checked.
These were local layout checks, not a live database, device or provider test.
No messages were sent and nothing was deployed to the test site.
