CASE FILES LICENSEHUB v1.0.0

EXISTING INSTALLATION
1. Back up the existing application files and database.
2. Upload this ZIP into the ACTIVE LicenseHub directory: the directory containing bootstrap.php and the public folder used by your current website.
3. Extract here and overwrite existing application files. This ZIP has NO outer application folder.
4. Preserve your existing .env file and all storage files. They are not included as replacement data in this ZIP.
5. Do NOT run the installer again.
6. Reload the site. The header must show v1.0.0. If it still shows dev71, the active files have not been overwritten or PHP is serving cached code.
7. If files are confirmed replaced but the version remains old, restart the site's PHP-FPM service through WHM to clear its opcode cache.

The Update Center now has All updates, Published, Testing, Draft and Withdrawn tabs, individual Delete update buttons and bulk deletion controls for administrators.

NEW INSTALLATION
Extract into an empty document-root directory and open /install/.

Audit retention: only the latest 10 audit log rows are kept. Existing older audit rows are removed when the Operations Dashboard opens or a new audit event is recorded. Historical entries inside existing backup files are not altered.

VERSION SYNC
New BailBond OS uploads automatically use the VERSION value in app/Core.php. A root update-manifest.json containing a version string is also supported. Conflicting metadata is rejected. Unsupported packages keep manual version entry.
For an existing mismatched release, open Update Center and click Sync version from package on that release. Then open BailBond OS Update Center and refresh LicenseHub counts. BailBond OS 1.0.3 reporting support is required. Syncing does not itself count an installation.

ALL INSTALLATIONS
LicenseHub now accepts current-version check-ins from every entitled product/domain, on all authenticated installation API requests. Installations refreshes every 30 seconds. Existing clients must send their actual installed version; see integration/php/README.md. BailBond OS 1.0.3 already supports it. No reporting code has been changed inside other product ZIPs by this LicenseHub package.

USERS
Administrators can edit user details, customer assignment, active status and optionally reset passwords. Delete removes only the customer portal user account, leaving customer records and licenses in place. Inactive/deleted users lose portal access on their next request.
